Booking and Cancellation Policy

Arrival
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure the session begins on time.

Rescheduling and Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

In the event of cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show, the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

Late Arrival
In the event of late arrival, the available time will be reduced accordingly. The session will be adjusted to fit the remaining time frame.

Payment
Payment for the service is to be made on-site according to current rates.

Health and Skin Condition
The treatment plan is determined based on the information provided at the time of booking and the skin’s current condition. CLÉA reserves the right to modify the treatment if the skin’s condition warrants it.

Skin reactions vary by individual and may change during the process; these reactions depend on the skin’s current condition and sensitivity and cannot always be predicted in advance.

Treatments at CLÉA Studio Privé do not constitute medical care and are not a substitute for it.
